The influence of training, discipline, ability and motivation to lecturer perfomance at learning center PT. Pos Indonesia explorers the present condition of PT. Pos Indonesia lecturers who have an impact on the performance of trainers associated with the training, discipline, ability and motivation. This study aims to describe and analyze the influence of the independent variable, namely training, discipline, ability and motivation to the dependent variable is the performance lecturer. The method used in this research is quantitative to descriptive inferential models. The research was conducted at learning center Pos Indonesia. The object of population in this research is the lecturer with amount of 150 people.
The finding of this study resulted in an over all independent variable to dependent variable show the strong related. Authors recommendations on this study is that the lecturers need the obvious career to improve education and training outcomes to the participants by increasing skills training through training programs that more applicable. In improving performance of lecturers by giving awards by providing opportunity to more higher level education.
