Pupil Management with Integrating Balancing Competitive and Solidarity Value to Improve Competitive and Solidarity Charahter in the Demographic Bonus Era

The aim rearch are developing model pupil management with integrating balancing competitive-solidarity value to improve student competitive and solidarity charahter in the bonus domographic era. The research methode are mixing and research and development (R&D). The population of research are principal, teacher and student at scondary school at East Java, with purpossive sampling tecknic. Quantitatif data gathering with closed quessioner, and qualitative data gathering with open quessioner, interview and observation. Quantitative data analysis with descriptive statistic tendenncy central tecknic; and qualitative data analysis with interactive process by Miles and Huberman. The research result are: (a) integrating competitive value in pupil management improve student competitive character, (2) integrating solidarity value in pupil management improve student solidarity character, (3) integrating balancing competitive-solidarity value in pupil management improve student balancing competitive and solidarity character, (4) the model pupil management integrating balancing competitive-solidarity value can improve competitive and social-solidarity student at schondary school.
