Leadership and Cultural Organization to Motivation and the Implications to Lecturers Performance (Study Case in Private Universities in Bandar Lampung)

Good Performance of lecturer can be created from the variables that influence, among others, work motivation, leadership and organizational culture are well received by all the lecturers in Private University (PTS). This study is the explanation (explanatory research), which will prove a causal relationship between the independent variable (independent variable) variable leadership, and organizational culture variables; variable between (intervening variable) variable work motivation; and the dependent variable (dependent variable) is the performance of lecturers. As well as correlational research, the research sought to see whether between two or more variables have a relationship or not, and how much the relationship was and how the direction of the relationship.
Based on the findings need to apply simultaneously leadership styles, organizational culture and work motivation in order to improve the performance of the PTS lecturers in Bandar Lampung. Then, in order to improve the performance of the lecturers through work motivation is that academic management need to further improve career development for their professors on average wanted to occupy the highest offices. Meanwhile, to increase the motivation of the teachers remain leaders need to further improve the existing system, conduct training of employees and encourage the lecturers to improve education independently.
