THE DEVELOPMENT OF EDUCATIONAL MANAGEMENT IN SECONDARY SCHOOL BASED PESANTREN
UNIVERSITAS ISLAM NEGERI SYARIF HIDAYATULLAH JAKARTA
This article attempts to examine the implementation of educational management in Junior High School (SMP)based pesantren, with a locus of Junior High School Based Pesantren located in Jakarta. In this analysis, the author uses a qualitative-phenomenological approach in which the data is based on the model of Miles and Huberman by interpreting the data interactively and continouesly. This research found that the development of education management in SMP Based Pesantren is the implementation of its integrates pesantren cultures into educational management and teaching-learning process. This integration can creates human resourches who knowledge and piety.
