Abstract

Learning Management Strategies in Higher Education which Based on Information and Communication Technology

This dissertation aims to describe Learning Management Strategies in Higher Education which Based on Information and Communication Technology with a sample of 35 Stakeholders Universities in Indonesia. In addition this study aims to analyze the effect of Goals and Objectives, Content and Modules, Approach Teaching and Media simultaneously to the Learning Management Strategies in Higher Education Based Based on Information and Communication Technology.

This dissertation is a descriptive quantitative research. The subjects were Stakeholders Universities involved in Information Technology Based Learning and Communication. The collection of data retrieved through observation, interviews, and surveys. Data were analyzed by step of data collection, data normalization, data mapping, and conclusions / verification.

The results showed that the sample of 35 Stakeholders Universities in Indonesia that the four variables: Goals and Objectives, Content and Modules, Approach Teaching and Media simultaneously have positive and significant impact on Methods and Strategy of Higher Education Learning which based on Information Technology Communication. This is consistent with the theory that the Goals and Objectives, Content and Modules, Approach Teaching and Media as an important part of Methods and Learning Strategies for Higher Education which based Information And Communications Technology. This will change the business process Learning Strategy for Higher Education from Traditional Learning to balance a Learning which based on e-Learning or Blended Learning
