THE EFFECT OF SELF-LEARNING TEACHER ON WORK CULTURE

The objetive of the research was to investigate the effect of Self-Learning teacher on Work Culture . Method of research was a quantitative with Survey toward 74 teachers samples on vocation school teacher in Palangka Raya city of central Kalimantan state. The data were collected through participant observation using questioner with five options and following the Likert’s Scale 1-5. The analysis method of research used path analysis method. The results of the research indicated a affect directly and positively of Self-Learning teacher on work culture.
